Founded in 2012, IT Directions started as a two‑person web development shop in North York. Over the years, we've grown into a full‑service digital agency serving clients across the GTA—from family‑run restaurants in Scarborough to tech startups in Liberty Village. 2012
Humble beginnings
Founded in a small office on Finch Avenue, we started building websites for local businesses. Our first client was a family‑run Italian restaurant in Woodbridge.
2015
Expanding services
We added digital marketing and SEO to our offerings, helping clients get found online. Our team grew to five.
2018
Full‑service agency
With the addition of PPC, social media, and custom PHP development, we became a one‑stop shop for Toronto businesses.
2022
New home
We moved to our current location at 2357 Finch Ave West, unit‑200, to accommodate our growing team and better serve clients.
Today
Still growing, still local
We're now 15 strong, with clients across the GTA and beyond. But we're still the same approachable team—just more experienced.
